This page tells you the terms on which you may use our website webwise-hosting.co.uk, whether as registered user or guest. Please read carefully before use.

By using the site, you accept the terms of service and privacy policy, all applicable laws and regulations as well as local laws and regulations and agree to obey them. If you don't accept them, please don't use the site.
This agreement is between ("customer", "client", "you", "your"), and WebWise Hosting Ltd ("WebWise Hosting", "WebWise", "WWH", "WebWise Hosting Ltd", "we").

3. Payments, Suspensions, Terminations, Fees, Disputes & Refunds

We generate all invoices 14 days before the services due date, this is to allow customers plenty of time to pay their invoice before the due date in order to avoid suspension.
Services are automatically suspended 72 hours (3 days) after the due date if an invoice is left unpaid.
If a services invoice remains unpaid 10 days after the due date it will be automatically terminated. WebWise Hosting also reserves the right to terminate a service if these terms are violated.
If an invoice is left unpaid for 72 hours after its due date it will incur a Late Fee. Late Fees amount to either £2.50 or 5%, whichever amount is greater.
Stripe and PayPal both offer subscription services. If you choose a subscription method you agree to understand that funds may be automatically taken from your accounts to cover invoices upon their due dates.
Services can be eligible for a refund if they meet the requirements below:
  • Refund is requested within 3 days of the payment being processed;
  • The refund is made with legitimate reason;
  • The service is not a domain;
  • The service isn't using a promotion discount;
  • The service isn't an upgrade.

  • Any Chargeback and Dispute via Stripe & PayPal will result in immediate suspension of services and it will also revoke any right to a refund, even if the payment meets the refund requirements with 72 hours of payment being processed.
    All refunds must be requested via a support ticket as we do not offer automatic refunds.

    4. Acceptable Use

    WebWise Hosting does reserve the right to suspend or terminate any service if it is found violating of any items listed below, regardless of service.
  • Denial of Service (DoS) attacks;
  • Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks;
  • Email Spam Servers;
  • Phishing;
  • Worms, Trojans, Ransomware, Spyware and anything else classed as Malware;
  • IP Spoofing;
  • Software Piracy;
  • Adult Content;
  • Content that promotes Terrorism or Violence;
  • Child Abuse;
  • Anything that is illegal within England & Wales.

  • Customers who are abusing/bypassing usage limits set via the plans may be terminated without refund.
    If we receive a valid abuse report for behaviour that violates our Acceptable Use policy we will suspend the service and contact the user depending on the case. If the user doesn't reply we will terminate their service without refund. If the case involves Child Abuse, Content that promotes Terrorism or Violence, Software Piracy, Phishing or any other serious illegal offense we will notify law enforcement.

    5. Limitations

    In no even will WebWise Hosting or any of it's third-party suppliers be liable for damages (Including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit or due to business interruption) out of use or inability to use the WebWise Hosting website, despite if WebWise Hosting or any person representing WebWise Hosting in writing or orally of the possiblity of such damage. This is because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warrenties or limitations of liability of incidential damages and any concequences associated with it, although these limitations may not apply to you.

    6. Accuracy of Website Materials

    Any materials shown on the WebWise Hosting website may include technical, photographic and typographical errors. WebWise Hosting does not guarantee that any materials on the website are accurate, complete or current. WebWise Hosting also reserves the right to make changes to its website without any prior notice to it's customers or guests. WebWise Hosting also does not make any committments to update materials at any given time.

    7. Modifications

    WebWise Hosting may revise and update the terms of service for its website at any given time without giving prior notice. By using the website you are agreeing that the current terms provided are bound to you. These terms were last updated 06/05/2023.

    8. Governing Law

    These terms and conditions are governed and constructed to the laws of England & Wales and by agreeing to the terms of service you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English & Welsh Courts.

    9. Unmetered Offers

    While we offer unmetered bandwidth to our customers we reserve the right to remove excessive file(s) such as large logs, redundant backups and any other files that may impact users on the same node. We also reserve the right to set a soft limit on your plan due to software limitation but we can raise the limit at any time via a Support Ticket.

    10. Unfair Usage

    If we find that your service is using a form of system or exploit to bypass any limits put on the service, then the service is subject to termination without refund.

    11. Cancellations

    Customers who wish to cancel their service can do so by submitting a cancellation request from their client area. Cancellation requests have two options, immediately or at the end of the services billing period. Immediately will cancel the service when the website runs its daily cron jobs which run everyday at 12PM GMT. End of the services billing period will cancel the service on the services next due date. Once a service has been cancelled all data and files associated with the service are not recoverable.

    12. Support

    All support requests must be submitted through the ticketing system using a support ticket. If you try to contact for support via a third-party application there is no guarantee there will be response and representatives of WebWise Hosting are not required to respond.

    13. Promotions

    There is no guarantee that promotional codes will work all the time.
